A few days before the closing date, we will call the company closing the transaction to make sure everything is ready to go. If you haven’t done so already, you also need to make arrangements to move out of the home so the new buyer can take possession.

You’ve reached the final step of the home selling process. At closing, ownership of your property is formally and legally transferred to the buyer. I will be present to review and sign the final documentation, ensuring every remaining detail is addressed with care and precision. As you prepare for the transition, I will guide you through coordinating final arrangements — including utility notifications, service cancellations, account transfers, and providing the new owner with essential home information. While these items remain your responsibility, I ensure the process is organized and seamless. My goal is to make your closing experience smooth, confident, and professionally managed from beginning to end.
